I was given the opportunity by the TEDX Southbank team to share my observations and perspectives on leadership. The overall idea is that effective leaders identify the gaps between their organisation’s current capability and what is required for success. They then focus their teams bridge these gaps. I share five particularly effective leadership behaviours I have observed that differentiate effective leaders from the rest.
