This was a plenary panel session exploring the lessons learned from the $70 billion of investment in Queensland’s coal seam gas to LNG industry, and implications for success in mega projects. The session involved industry leaders exploring lessons learned.

My key messages focused on the importance of i) understanding and managing local market impact, ii) process innovation, adaptation and flexibility and iii) organisation leadership and project integration.
